Homework

 Finish scary story and edit

  • Sentence starters - are they the same?
  • Vivid words - are they boring? can you use better words
  • Figurative Language - similes, metaphors, personification, descriptive
  • Length of sentence - too short or too long
  • Vivid Verbs - can I visualize what is happening?
  • Mechanics - periods, capitals, grammar, spelling etc.
Halloween Fun on Tuesday
  • You are welcome to bring a snack for the class on Tuesday afternoon (not mandatory or expected only if you want)
  • Bring a board game if you want
Halloween Party after school for patrols - be sure to have a ride home 

Band on Monday

Religion on Monday - if you need supplies from home to build your sets please bring them (you are not expected to go out and buy supplies just if you have at home)
